To us, documentary wedding photography is about capturing the real rhythm of a wedding day— the heartfelt connections, and the moments that happen when no one notices the camera. We love being a fly on the wall, quietly observing and photographing the day as it unfolds before us.
As a candid wedding photographer, our focus is on the smaller moments that often carry the most meaning: a deep breath before the ceremony, a hand squeeze during speeches, laughter shared between friends who have known each other for years. Things that aren’t directed or recreated, they simply happen naturally, and our role is to simply notice.
This style of photography allows couples and their guests to be fully present as there’s no pressure to pose or perform, just the freedom to experience your wedding as it comes.
