Jenessa & Les’ Trinity Bellwoods Engagement Session
Some of our favourite things are: Bellwoods, laughing, and hanging with a super cool couple and this session had all of those things!
When Jenessa said they wanted to shoot their engagement photos at one of their favourite parks in the city we were thrilled! Something we weren’t thrilled about though was learning that the weekend we ended up shooting (the only weekend we all had free all month) was the Bellwoods Flea Market weekend so it. was. packed. It was hard to find a clear area for us to shoot in, but when we did it was perfect; the greenery, the light through the trees, it was a great backdrop for that ‘forest-like area but in the city’ vibe. We stuck to our open space for as long as we could before we moved around to other areas of the park and then eventually onto Queen Street where we took a short walk up and down the streets and into a graffitied alley which ended up being a great contrast to all of the nature we were shooting in before.
Jenessa + Les were giddy and laughing the whole time we were shooting which kept the mood of everything super lighthearted and fun! This is our goal for every time and for every couple we shoot, so with them bringing this vibe to us it just made working with these two lovebirds that much easier!
